In the two years since its founding Billy the Kid has played the whole Slovene club scene and also tried out the Austrian audience. They say the music they play is “straight ahead alter rock, folsom prison blues, road movie, western shizo country”. Their music contains extreme distortion as well as melodic pop tunes, but they lean towards old school rock, spiced with a colourful vocal.
