Right from the start the music group Kojaniskaci from Borovnice has been challenging the limits of standard forms of rock music. We are striving for originality but not at any price. We are sticking to out motto that rock should be modernized only when the content demands a new or a different musical form. Although, we do not avoid eclectic voyages into other musical genres, we realize that in our core we are a »rock n' roll« bend, and our sanctuary is the stage. For much the same reason we are unaffected by the smallness of Slovenian scene just as we are unaffected by the objections of those who feel that lyrics written in foreign languages (mostly English) should not form the part of Slovenian music scene.
