This is an urban analogue multimedia project combining freethinking artists. The roots of the project date back to 2002, to a slightly different presentation of poetry by Gal Gjurin (collection Mesto). Eventually the musical side of the project started developing and it became more and more unique and independent, based on freely improvised music. Soon after that, the third dimension was added to the project with the use of different scenes, short films and videos or various stage performances around the musicians and the poet. Today Project Mesto still has the same freethinking positions; only the manifestation has become more mature and complete: (Project) Mesto is an organism!
