Most of the people know VITALIJ OSMACKO as the band leader of the Slovenian Mar Django Quartet. However already in 1991 he has released his debut solo CD "Casi srecanj", which, due to Osmacko’s originality, soon become one of the most desired albums among the fans of this genre. On this year's festival Vitalij Osmacko is going to perform Russian-gypsy ballads, romantic songs and chansons from the albums “Casi srecanj” and “Black eyes”, hits from the latest album “Vals Boston” and some of his newest songs, which haven’t been released yet.
SASA OLENJUK studied at the conservatory F. I. Tchaikovsky in Kieff, where he graduated in the class of prof. A. H. Stern. He performs worldwide as leader and 1st soloist of the Slovene Philarmonic Orchestra and is known in Slovenia as an excellent performer of ethnic and other music. Apart from performing, Olenjuk has also done arrangements for many groups he performs with, such as Sukar, Zoran Predin.
