Bandoneoist Ratko Zisis started out as a guitar player, but soon became interested in bandoneon, an instrument relatively unknown in Slovenia.

The violinist Oksana Peseny is finishing her studies at the Academy of Music in Ljubljana. She has won several international prizes for her playing (Italy, Netherlands, Slovenia) and has work with acclaimed artists in Austria, Croatia, Italy and Switzerland.

Mladen Bucic started playing guitar when he was eight. He continued his studies of guitar in Ljubljana, Zagreb, where he graduated and also finished a post-graduate course in Weimar. He has been working as a guitar teacher for several years now.

The piano man Jan Sever started his career when he was five and already won the national competition when he was eleven. After that he won numerous international prizes and the Preseren prize for students.

Marko Tursis is one of the founding members of the Astorpia quintet and has been working with acclaimed young musicians since 2005.

Andrej Zupan finished the graduate and post-graduate course in clarinet at the Academy for Music in Ljubljana. In 1995 he was accepted into the Mediterranean Orchestra in France, which is made up of the best musicians of the Mediterranean. Between 1993 and 2003 he played as a solo clarinet player in the Slovenian National Theatre Opera and Ballet in Ljubljana. He also cooperated with many other artists and orchestras from all over Europe.
